Important COVID-19 Information

 

Until the end of June 2020 I will continue to only offer online classes.

Two power yoga classes (different languages) and one Yoga Therapy class.

No lessons are offered during the month of July.

Regular face-to-face classes in my studio will commence in August 2020.

Reviving Yoga

01 What?

Reviving Yoga contains elements of Ashtanga Yoga and Iyengar Yoga with a strong focus on correct alignment in the various Yoga poses through considering the physical abilities of attendees as well as the use of various Yoga props (e.g. blocks, belts, …).
In addition, the classes include elements of or may even be dedicated at certain times to Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Pilates.

In a nutshell, it’s a carefully selected combination of different Yoga styles woven into a smooth flow and accompanied by contemporary music!

In my classes you will start building strength as well as gaining flexibility and proper alignment. While those with prior experience will be able to keep, deepen as well as expand their previously acquired skills.

Yoga for Beginners

01 What?

This class is a well deserved and meaningful time-out for busy people.
The greatest gift you can give to yourself is to dedicate some time for yourself in order to revive and rebalance your body, mind and spirit.
In this class you reconnect to your body and breath. You will practice extreme self-care, balance the sensitive brain activity needed to keep up with your demanding life.

Private Yoga

01 What?

Everybody has a different and unique body, different strengths and different weaknesses. Everyone has special needs and goals which need to be respected and taken into consideration. Through very specific sequences, which will be designed only for you, I will help you to practice Yoga as well as to discover and enjoy a very pleasant, reviving Yoga journey.
A well balanced blend of different styles of yoga, including Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, core strength Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga, will help you reach your goal of a relaxed and more grounded life.
If you are looking to get individualised attention in your Yoga practice, my private lessons are just perfect for you.

The perfect idea for corporates or private people who need a special treat for themselves, their loved ones or their employees.
