2. Scope

This policy applies to www.revivingyoga.com, the related booking/video platform, and offline contacts (e.g. studio, phone, email) insofar as personal data is processed.

3. Categories of personal data

Depending on your use, we may process in particular:

  • Identity and contact data (name, email, phone, address)
  • Account data (login, password hash, roles, preferences)
  • Booking and class data (sessions, attendance, subscriptions, cancellations)

  • With consent: newsletters or marketing messages
  • Analysis and improvement of our services in aggregated/anonymised form where possible

6. Recipients and processors

We may disclose personal data to service providers that support our operations, to the extent necessary for the purposes above. These may include in particular:

We implement appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or comparable guarantees, and additional measures where required.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by statutory retention rules (in Switzerland, commercial and tax retention periods typically up to 10 years for business records). Account data is deleted or anonymised after the end of the relationship and expiry of applicable periods, unless overriding interests require longer retention. Contact enquiries are typically kept for the duration of handling plus a reasonable follow-up period.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, loss, misuse and alteration (e.g. access controls, encrypted transmission where customary, role-based permissions). Absolute security on the internet cannot be guaranteed.
