About Sonia

Yoga with care, experience and joy.

Sonia is the founder of Revivingyoga. Yoga changed her life — after a challenging chapter and two years in India, she trained as a yoga teacher and has run her own studio since 2014.

Originally shaped by Ashtanga and Iyengar (alignment and props), she now integrates Yin, Restorative, yoga for seniors, Yoga Nidra, Pilates and yoga therapy — often accompanied by contemporary music.

Balance

Testimonials

Experiences from class.

Sonia is an excellent yoga teacher, she genuinely cares about her students and she creates a very nice homely atmosphere in her small class. … I love Sonia's yoga class and I recommend anyone to join!

B.B.

What I expect from a yoga class is to be taught how to do the positions correctly with proper alignment and this is exactly what Sonia teaches in her class. … This is by far the best yoga class!
