Day 1 of #onemillionyogischallenge to support impoverished mothers, youths and children in India. Todays #yogapose is #adhomukhasvanasana / #dowardfacingdog, a great posture to stretch the shoulders, back and hamstrings. It calms the mind and energizes to body 🙂 I still remember my teacher using this posture as a resting pose during my yoga teacher training, it was not easy at all because I hadn‘t enough Armstrength but now I use it as a resting and calming posture ????
