Hanumanasana, the monkey pose, is a full front split. This #yogapose takes practice, and some support, to find steadiness and ease as Patanjali said: Sthira sukham asanam ( Asana should be steady and comfortable). Give your hips and groin time to open up before you attempt this posture! Remember, yoga is not about the pose itself, it is about what you learn when you do it!
