Day 2 of #onemillionyogischallenge with #trikonasana #triangle #yogapose. A great pose that engages every part of the body, stretches the legs and the upper side of the body, opens the hips and shoulders and strengthens the core. Use a #yogablock on the floor to support the lower hand for a nice stretch across the legs, a long spine and an opened chest rather than aiming to touch the floor ???????? ????
