Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep”, is considered one of the deepest possible states of relaxation, while still maintaining full consciousness, thereby providing an easy way to quiet the mind and reach deep inner peace.
It uses a series of body, breath, and awareness techniques that allow the body to restore itself. You will realize that you can think more clearly, feel fully rested and are able to manage your busy schedule with much more ease.
And because it doesn’t require any effort, everyone can do it!
