Start practicing yoga for the sake of your health

Practicing #yoga is meant to gain #strength, #flexibility and most of all to calm and quiet the busy #mind. I remember practicing yoga few years ago when my husband was rolling his eyes and asking me if the postures I was doing were that powerful on the body, mind and soul. I was always wishing deep within me that he starts practicing this amazing discipline for his health.
